Our Pro/IC for Holley's Coyote HiRam intake manifold is the absolute best of the best when it comes to intake mounted intercoolers. We have combined everything that we've learned regarding intake intercoolers over the last few years into one badass unit. This intercooler is based on a proprietary motorsports intercooler core to efficiently support an unheard of 2500hp while maintaining an 8.8" overall height. Not an easy task considering the intakes long runners with bellmouthed entries protrude above the mating surface of the intake almost 1". Overall height of this Intercooler and Intake combination is a mere 14.425"!!
The integrated plenum saves lots of real estate in comparison to using a sandwich style intercooler and the cast lid and doesn't sacrifice flow. Not only does this save height but it saves inches of room around the perimeter of the cooler, moving the throttle body several inches back and positioning it at a 51deg entry angle saves valuable room up front allowing for easier charge pipe fabrication. Making it significantly easier to sneak the charge plumbing into a tight spot between the engine and radiator. Up 2" more clearance on the back side of the IC potentially saves, or eliminates, cowl/windshield trimming as well.
The billet CNC'd throttle body flange features an internal bellmouth and is available with two options. The first option is with a
105mm opening with LS or Ford square bolt patters and LS bolt patterns.
92mm opening with Coyote Bolt Pattern.
