Shipping Policies.

1. Will Call is available to local customers by appointment only!

2.All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground. Air options are available for repeat customers only, using the same credit card and shipping to the same address as previous orders. We do not have the time to properly do all the necessary security checks for new customers to be able to ship orders the same day or possibly the following day.

3. If you are a prior customer, please mention that you want your order shipped by air (at a higher freight charge, of course) and also your time constraints. Make sure you give us a phone number where you can be reached between 9am-5pm EST. We will do our best to meet your time requirements, but if we can't we want to be able to let you know. Regular UPS Ground delivery takes 2-6 business days depending on where you live.

4. Unfortunately air shipping is too often used by credit card thieves to get the parts before the credit card can be reported stolen. Air options are available for repeat customers only, using the same credit card and shipping to the same address as previous orders.

5. All International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Payment is required via Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer, or a verified Paypal account prior to the item shipping. Paypal payments will ship to the address listed on the account only, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

6. ALL Duties and Brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse any additional expenses.
