Our Pro/Series Intercooler for the Texas Speed Titan intake manifolds is the absolute best of the best when it comes to intake mounted intercoolers. We have combined everything that we've learned regarding intake intercoolers over the last few years into one badass unit. This intercooler is based on a proprietary motorsports intercooler core to efficiently support an unheard of 2500hp while maintaining a short 7.4" overall height. The integrated plenum saves lots of real estate in comparison to the cast lid. Moving the throttle body several inches back and positioning it at a 51deg entry angle saves tons of room up front. Not only in hood clearance but making it significantly easier to sneak the charge plumbing into a tight spot between the engine and radiator. The billet CNC'd 105mm throttle body flange features an internal bellmouth and has both Ford square and LS bolt patterns! The integrated plenum allows for us to eliminate the upper mating flange and that creates up to 2" more clearance on the back side of the IC to potentially save, or eliminate, cowl/windshield trimming as well.
Overall height from the lower intake manifold mating surface to the top of the intercooler is 7.4"!
