For serious performance, you need serious components. That's why we're offering the FP400 line of large frame turbochargers. We've taken the heavy hitting, super reliable Borg Warner S400 series and severely improved it.

We start with a genuine BW S400 CHRA and tear it down to basic components. We coat the bearing housing to reduce rust and corrosion. Then the thrust bearing is replaced with a 360 degree oversized pad for maximum thrust capacity. The journal bearings are also replaced with higher flowing oil ported versions to aid in keeping the bearings cool under heavy loads. All the rotating parts are zero balanced and then assembled with the newest HTZ compressor aero wheels that are made 100% in the USA, and the assembly is balanced a final time to verify the perfect nature of the CHRA in its assembled state. To ensure long life for this turbo, use a -6 oil supply line.

The XR400 88HTZ utilizes our new, larger FP92 turbine wheel and flows 160+ lbs/min.
